Families can meander along rivers, reservoirs and canals, exploring the crystal waters by kayak, canoe, paddleboard or boat. The pretty market town of Brecon lies on the northern edge of the National Park, home to The Regimental Museum of The Royal Welsh and the beautiful Brecon Cathedral, both steeped in history and heritage.
