Please email to cancel or reschedule your holiday if your booking is between 23rd October and 9th November to comply with Wales' fire-break lockdown, or if you are travelling from a tier 2 or tier 3 area.

What time is the office open?

Our office hours are: Monday to Friday - 9am - 6pm Saturday - 10am - 5pm Sunday - Closed, but emails and messages are checked between 12 and 2pm. If you're holiday hunting outside those hours you can book online anytime or email or leave a message as we check messages regularly 7 days a week, or use the contact form below.

When can I check in?

Check in is normally around 3.30pm, but as a result of Coronavirus, changeover times have been extended and may change. The times are detailed in the email sent out to you after you’ve paid your balance. If you would like an early check in, contact the owner, who may be able to accommodate it.

When do I need to check out?

Check out is normally at 10.30am, non-standard check outs are normally mentioned on the ‘useful information’ section on the property description, and also in the email sent out to you after you’ve paid your balance. If you would like a late check out, contact the owner, who may be able to accommodate this.

Can I bring my pet?

Many of our properties welcome pets for just £20 per week or short break. Search online for pet friendly properties. Any visitor bringing a pet to a cottage that is not pet friendly will be requested to vacate the property immediately.

What is network coverage like for mobile phones?

It can be quite poor. EE currently provides the widest coverage although this is not complete.

Is there WIFI in my cottage?

There is WIFI in most of the cottages, it's stated on the property descriptions in the useful information. However, it's worth noting that the speed is often slower here than in urban areas.

When will I receive the address and any directions to the property I have booked?

You will receive the full address and travel details when the balance payment/ security deposit has been received.

Do the cottages provide welcome packs?

Not all of the cottages provide welcome packs as it can depend on what arrangements the owner has made with their caretaker/cleaner. If this is important to you please feel free to contact us for more info.

Are general supplies provided?

Essentially you have booked a self catering holiday so be prepared to bring all items that you think you may need including toiletries, cleaning materials, food and drink. Some owners provide basic supplies although it is not guaranteed at every property.
