We had a wonderful stay in the barn for a few days when attending the Hay festival. It was clean, spacious and very well equipped for 8 people and Liz was really friendly and helpful. The only downside was that it was next to a very busy road which tended to be pretty noisy in the mornings - especially noticeable as it was really hot so all the beRead moredroom windows were open. But apart from that, it was perfect - even had a pub 2 minutes walk away which did really good food. I couldnt recommend it highly enough. Hide

We had the best Christmas here, everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, I haven't slept that well in along time. We used both pubs that were in the village. I loved the fact that all downstairs was open so we were all together even when we went in the same room.

The property was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The owners Liz and Steve were also very friendly and welcoming and at hand if we needed anything. There are 2 local pubs one of which sells food, and a late night shop in the garage just 150m away, and there is plenty to see nearby. Our only issue was overnight noise, both my wife and I aRead morere light sleepers and we were disturbed by the hot tub going through its reheat cycle and road noise, other than this we couldnt have asked for more. Stayed for a long weekend with family to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. All of us found the cottage very clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed. There's a pub across the road that has food, it's not far to Brecon and Abergavenny for a day out. Beds are comfy, there's a hot tub, WiFi, and sky tv. We will definitely return!
