Holiday Cottages in the Brecon Beacons & Black Mountains

School's out for summer! And what a line up we have in the Brecon Beacons and Black Mountains for the holidays.

The Royal Welsh Show started on Monday 20th July. It is a brilliant show - 4 days of sheep dog trials, agricultural and horse riding competitions, falconry, live music, delicious local produce, arts and crafts and lots more! There are still tickets available and if you are there pop and see us as at our stand.

Then we've got lots of agricultural shows throughout the summer, On the 1st August, you'll have to choose between Brecon Show and Llanthony Show. Llanigon show is on the 8th August, Llandeilo Show on the 15th August. And there are lots more. Your dog/ jam/ child might be this year's winner, and it's a great day out for all the family!

From the 7th-9th August, we have the world-famous Brecon Jazz Festival (and the fringe festival is from the 6th-10th). This year Ray Davies and Band are headlining. There are a few cottages with availability for Brecon Jazz, but hurry!

** This week, we are featuring some of our cottages with hot tubs! Rhianydd's Barn is a fabulous cottage which sleeps 8 and is a great place to start the summer holidays. Llys Faen sleeps 8 in the village of Llyswen, between Brecon and Hay on Wye. Pentwyn Barn (sleeps 8) and Pentwyn Farmhouse (sleeps 6) also have a games room and are in the most beautiful spot in the Epynt Hills. Picture post-card, Old Thatched Cottage is a sweet (ironically tin-roofed) cottage in the Southern National Park, which sleeps 4. Ann's Bungalow sleeps 6 and is in the heart of the mountains with wonderful views.

We will of course send you our famous and coveted Exclusive Map before your trip here - recommending our favourite eateries, adventures and activities, with some brilliant offers and discounts.
