A huge thank you to the family on site that are very welcoming, friendly and make you feel part of the family. The Oak Barn is a lovely spacious place, fantastic for large partys or small groups as we did, which gave us plenty of room to relax, play board games and watch the Super Bowl. What an amazing week we had over Christmas with so many highs - too many for this review! Firstly, our hosts were amazing throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Farmer Davies was a fascinating individual who is clearly so passionate about farming, the environment and community - I could very easily have spent more time with him and his enthusRead moreiasm was infectious!! The property had everything we needed and more - it was perfect for my mother who is less mobile and for the rest of the family who used the upstairs bedrooms - we had everything we needed to prepare a large Christmas dinner. The surrounding area is simply incredible, with beautiful walks right on your doorstop and more only a short drive away - we were lucky with the weather, but I can't imagine this place being anything other than incredible whatever the weather. Finally, after putting in a few miles - the hot tub was a great place to relax and catchup with the family. All in all, a perfect week - a big thank you to the Davies family. Hide

Overall, the property was stunning, very well kept and over all comfortable and very accessible. Considering we were on a working farm, we never got disturbed by noise. Beautiful area that the property is situated in, lovely quiet village. Beds were extremely comfortable. Accessibility was 10/10!
