In a peaceful location beside the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, the house is a great base for walkers, who can access the Skirrid, Sugar Loaf and Blorenge within 10 miles. Alternatively, simply wander along the canal to picturesque Goytre Wharf, where you can take a picnic, have a cup of tea in the cafe or hire a canoe or boat. The market towns of Abergavenny and Crickhowell are 3 miles and 8 miles respectively and, for a family day out, the Big Pit at Blaenavon is just 6 miles.
