This welcoming pair of barn conversions sit 8 miles north of Brecon so you can bask in your peaceful environment but explore, stock your cupboards and dine out with ease. The barns provide you with all the space to be sociable or to find a quiet corner for some peace and quiet.

Sleeping eight over four bedrooms, it’s the perfect destination for reuniting with loved ones. Stay entertained in the games room or bubble away in the hot tub and relax. Separated by a lockable door, the lower and upper barns are brilliant spaces- both with sleeping quarters and living areas. The lower barn boasts a characterful open-plan living space with a wood burner, TV with FreeSat/DVD and a country-style dining table where you can tuck into meals together. An additional lounge with splashes of colour, a vaulted ceiling, wood burner and TV/DVD resides in the upper barn and has access to the decked area which is perfect for dining alfresco and sitting with a drink. A spacious, bright kitchen on this floor provides you with more space to prepare meals or you could light the BBQ for a summer feast. There are four tranquil bedrooms, two bathrooms and two shower rooms - Take care of sloping ceilings.

After long days, enjoy games night in the outdoor play barn or unwind in the bubbling hot tub whilst children play on the play equipment. There is off-road parking via a narrow lane. The bustling market town of Brecon (8 miles) has plenty for guests of all ages with a cinema, theatre, boat trips along the canal, independent shops and eateries. For a waterside day out, make the 15.5-mile trip to Llangorse Lake where you can make a splash and hire canoes, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards or enjoy a stroll along the edge of the largest natural lake in Wales.

• Four bedrooms: a twin and a king-size in the lower barn and a twin and a double in the upper barn. 
• Four bathrooms: adjoining each king/double room features a bath, basin and WC. Adjoining the twin rooms is a shower room with basin and WC
•  Large open plan sitting room with wood burning stove, tv, dvd, wi-fi, two large leather sofas in Lower Barn. Upper Barn has an upstairs sitting room with wood burning stove and sofas.
• A farmhouse dining table generously seating 8 in Lower Barn. Upper Barn has a table for 8, plus each barn has a farmhouse kitchen table to seat 4.
• Two well equipped Shaker style kitchens with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, slow cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, cafetiere.
• Washing machine in each barn. Iron and ironing board available.
• The barn is detached, there is a large parking area and terrace area to the side, with barbeque, outdoor furniture, hot tub, childrens play frame and additional outdoor play barn area for older children with table tennis and a pool table and various games and chalkboards.
• Climbing frame, slide and swings for younger children - please ensure children are supervised at all times.
• There are two 7KW car chargers available at an additional charge payable to the owner directly.
