A warm and welcoming contemporary self catering cottage to sleep 4 guests within a few minutes walk from Brecon town centre. Well decorated and furnished with a sunny aspect and with vibrant co-ordinated colours enhancing the feeling of light and brightness - this cottage really does make you feel welcome and  give you the "feel good factor" when you arrive. There is an a delightful secluded enclosed garden behind the cottage and private parking. A very easy place to stay with so many places to eat within a ten minute walk, the theatre, cinema and leisure centre. Private Parking on the door step.

The owner is very flexible over change-over days.


Sleeps 4 - 1 Double 1 Twin

There is a very well equipped and efficient kitchen with an electric cooker, a microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, a washing machine and dining table and chairs.

Double patio doors lead out to decking and the pretty enclosed garden. 

The sitting room is double aspect with two large windows, it is cosy and comfortable with two large sofas, wooden floors with a bright rug, TV with basic SKY package and DVD.

Upstairs to two bedrooms:

The Master Bedroom: Has a king sized bed with views across to the Beacons

Bedroom 2: Twin beds and if there are children in the party a box of toys.

The bathroom: Has a bath with a shower over, hand basin and toilet.

There is a pretty enclosed garden with decking, a swing seat and a table to be able to relax with a drink or a BBQ. Below that is a weeping willow tree, lawn, shrubs and flowers and a side gate to where the car parking area is. A great place to stay to be able to walk out in the evening to enjoy the local pubs and restaurants. There are walks across the road onto the canal bank, with the canal basin and the gaily painted canal boats only a three minute stroll and then down to the River Usk Walk and water meadows below.

A friendly cathedral town in the lee of the mountains with the rivers Usk and Honddu running through. For a small town, there's a lot going on. A leisure centre with a pool, 1930s style cinema, excellent theatre and plenty of shops and cafes. On the outskirts of the town are popular villages including Llangorse with it famous lake, Cantref with its popular adventure farm, Talybont, well known as a walking and cycling hub and Felin Fach, home of The Griffin, a highly acclaimed pub and restaurant.
