The enclosed garden was very convenient for playing ball with the dog! I enjoyed having the big table to spread my books and laptop on. It's very close to the A40 which is great for easy access, but be aware that you have to cross the road to access the pathway to Crickhowell and the Glanusk Estate.

Lovely cottage with very dog friendly garden. Unfortunately the heating could not be turned off so the lounge and hallway was uncomfortably warm even though we had a cold snap during our stay. Additionally, any walks from the cottage are not easy as you have the main A40 separating you from the countryside and you cannot walk along it. Getting intoRead more crickhowell is not an easy task as you must negotiate a style which isnt good with a large dog. However, location is good to explore mid wales and all it has to offer from your car Hide
