We had a three night stay. The arrival information was clear and accurate and we were greeted with a bottle of wine and Welsh cakes, plenty of tea and coffee, milk and butter and a loaf of bread all provided! As a party of six we all had an excellent weekend and would definitely stay again. Hide

The cottage was comfortable and we felt totally relaxed in the cottage. Jamie was great with communications throughout our booking. The Red Lion was very welcoming for a family get together. A great home from home after our long walks. Thank you Jamie.

Jamie, the owner, has thought of everything. His information booklet was full of helpful points on how everything worked in the cottage. The kitchen was well equipped and lots of fridge space. Also walking ideas and pub suggestions. Welcome tray was generous. Jamie is to be congratulated.

Highly recommend staying at Ty Gwilym (also known as Ty Clyd). The pictures don't do it justice - the ground floor is a huge open space with convenient access from the car port (making life easy to get children and dogs from the car to the house via the washing machine :-)). Would have loved to test the fire - but the weather was fantastic. Excellent throughout. Things we loved included the spaciousness, the cleanliness (so many holiday cottages are no where near as clean!), the car port, board games (Azule is a clear side of gaming pedigree!), the Red Lion (excellent pub), the welcome pack, tin foil and other essentials, and, of course, the fabulous location. We will be back.
