We rented this property for my husband's 60th birthday and it did not disappoint, it is a fabulous property with a real wow factor! Very cosy too considering its age and high ceilings. Very clean and well stocked with everything you could need, I have already recommended this location to friends and would definitely come back again.

Beautiful building, lovely garden, great setting and easy access to walks, the river and Hay on Wye. Perfect for a get together for a large family or group of friends. Very cosy (with a wood burner, and underfloor heating (I think)) and good supply of hot water. Don't try sneaky visits to different rooms at 2.00 am because of the noise of latches aRead morend floor boards! Hide
