What an amazing stay. We have stayed at a fair few holiday cottages on our travels but this was amazing. It was the cleanest cottage we have stayed at, everything had been thought of in the kitchen if you wanted to cook your own meals. The living area looked out over the mountains and it was so peaceful, with the stars at night so clear for anyoRead morene who enjoys a bit of stargazing. You could see the Plough and the Bear so clearly. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was huge with a lovely walk-in shower. The location was also great, we went to Brecon and walked the Brecon Canal, visited the Four Waterfalls and Llangorse Lake. It is close to so many other attractions, Hay On Wye, even the Gower Peninsula is reachable. So we will be returning to this great location very soon. If you are looking at 'The Pigsty' just book it, you will be very glad you did! Finally, we enjoyed meeting the owners Rhiannon and Clive who made us very welcome. Thank you! Thank you so much for sharing The Old Pigsty with us! We came to escape the fireworks for our dog and it turned out to be the perfect peaceful retreat. The place is beautiful, cozy, and so thoughtfully kept we all felt right at home. Were leaving relaxed and grateful (especially the dog!).
