Set close to the village of Fairfach, this lovely barn conversion is located within beautiful, mature gardens with views across the old Tregib Mansion parkland and the Towy Valley. This is the perfect venue for a couple or a family to enjoy the best that this area has to offer, and is particularly appealing for walkers. Visit nearby Llandeilo, less than a mile awa, where there is an eclectic mix of shops and eateries to be enjoyed. There are many castles, gardens, walks and cycle routes to explore. Visit Aberglasney Gardens, 2.5 miles away, National Trust's Dinefwr Park (1 mile) or the beautiful National Botanic Garden of Wales, only 9 miles away.

The barn is an annexe to the owner’s property. Head into the light and airy open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen, with tasteful decor throughout and a comfortable sofa and armchairs. The full-length patio doors allow plenty of light to flood in. A truly cosy cottage any time of the year, there is a TV to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is well laid out and has everything you need to create a delicious meal. There is a pretty first floor bedroom with a single bed and a double bedroom with beams providing a wealth of rustic charm. Completing this floor, there is a shower room. Climb a steep staircase to a large attic room with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed which can be made up as twins on request.

Outside there is a very large garden with a patio. A super spot to enjoy some al fresco dining. There is also a BBQ. The pond at this property makes it unsuitable for children under 8.

Lisa and Simon Oxenham (just married) This has been the perfect spot for our honeymoon. The area is lovely but our favourite time of day is late afternoon sitting outside with a glass of wine and enjoying the stillness of the countryside. And the cottage is gorgeous.
