Light and airy, the kitchen has a sleek yet characterful interior and is warmed by the wood burner which keeps the chill at bay. Sit down for a cup of tea at the breakfast bar or head into the lounge where a second traditional fireplace houses an open fire. If the sun is shining, enjoy some peace and quiet in the conservatory, home to two telescopes for stargazing, or make your way through the French doors and relax in the garden. The garden will keep guests of all ages entertained, a trampoline is great for little ones, and the patio is perfect for al fresco meals and cold tipples. When the evenings are cold, the dining table comfortably seats all guests so you can enjoy a sociable dinner before heading up to bed. The twin bedroom is treated to an en-suite shower room, whilst the double and king-size rooms have use of the family bathroom with double shower.
With a plethora of spectacular surroundings, throw on your boots and head straight to Mynydd Llangorse (2 miles), Llangorse Lake (2.5 mile), and Talybont-on-Usk (5.5 miles). The pretty village of Bwlch is a 2.5-mile trip from home, here, you can grab a bite to eat in a welcoming pub or enjoy one of the circular walks which all offer views in abundance.
