A cozy cottage with beautiful views from the conservatory, which we used most of the time as it had a dining table and comfy sofa. The garden was great for the dogs, as was the large entrance hall with flagstone flooring which was ideal for them. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, with a large quantity of mugs, plates, bowls and cutleryRead more, something a lot of holiday cottages lack. We had a lovely welcome pack too. We enjoyed our week and would definitely stay at the cottage again. Hide

Lovely homely cottage on a quiet country lane, with just the sheep for company. Only a few steps from a phone box (just in case contact is needed!) Ideal for nature lovers and those wanting a complete break from technology.

This is a lovely cottage in a simply gorgeous location. There are so many walks nearby, to reservoir, hills, woods, mountains, river, canal - and 1 mile each way to the cafe and the pubs - we barely used the car.
