Inside this country cottage, a bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner offers a warm welcome. This cottage is as attractive in summer with its large French patio doors as cosy in winter with its toasty wood burner. Prep meals in the well-equipped kitchen and tuck into hearty plates around the indoor dining table or outdoor picnic table. To kick back and relax, just step down two wide tread steps into the main lounge, which is spacious and comfortable with three large three seater sofas and a large Smart TV. Here you will also find the main dining table that seats six. Let the competitor come out in you, and challenge your family or friends to a game of table football, or pass the time away playing one of the many board games available. There is also a good selection of puzzles for you to use.
Just off the main lounge, two wide tread steps up, take you in to a comfortable and spacious bedroom, with a zip-and-link super king-size bed, which has a British wool mattress. All duvets and pillows in Bryniau Pell are made from recycled plastic. This bedroom has its own wet room style shower room with a double headed shower, WC and sink.
Upstairs you will find a traditional double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a nursery with two cots. The family bathroom has a shower over the p-shaped bath and WC.
On sunny days, it’ll be tempting to stay home and make use of the BBQ and outdoor children's play area, but there is also plenty going on nearby and bike, stargazing and birdwatching equipment are all available for use and hire. Explore the 220 acres of farmland and woodland, discover Fforest Fawr UNESCO Global Geopark (9 miles), hike Pen y Fan (15.5 miles) and dine in Brecon market town (14 miles). For something rather leisurely, there are plenty of gentle walks nearby, including a 1-mile stroll alongside Cray Reservoir (2 miles).
