Warm wooden oak floors; the dining room has a long oak table, can seat 10 people and a raised open fireplace, easy chairs and a sofa in the bay window with lovely views down the valley.
Utility room has a washing machine/tumble dryer and a Belfast sink. A very large room ideal for storage, a Boot and Coat room and a separate with wood store. Downstairs cloak room with handbasin and toilet. A comfortable and very well furnished light sitting room, large sofas and chairs and a large open stone fireplace with a woodburning stove, patio door lead out to the garden. There is also a very large 42" plasma TV and DVD.
Bedroom 1: twin bedroom with an en suite shower room with power shower, handbasin and toilet. A large circular hall with an impressive chandelier has a flight of impressive maroon painted iron wide and comfortable spiral stairs leading up to the four large bedrooms.
Bedroom 2: Lilac bedroom has a thick pile pale lilac carpet, a double bed and an en suite power shower handbasin and toilet.
Bedroom 3: Yellow bedroom has a thick pile pale yellow carpet with twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a bath, handbasin, bidet and toilet with a shower over the bath.
Bedroom 4: Cream bedroom has a thick pile cream carpet with a double bed, an en suite dressing room and an en suite bathroom with a large bath with a shower over it, a handbasin, bidet and toilet. Beyond the en suite is a very small room designed for storage.
Blue Bedroom 5: has a pale blue carpet, fantastic views over the Wye Valley, a double bed and an en suite dressing room leading through to a bathroom with an "Air Bath" a large king-size shower cubicle, handbasin, bidet and toilet.

The house has been superbly built by local craftsmen with great care over the stone work and the oak - all over 200 years old, the oak doors to the sitting room are a real feature being hand made and curved to fit the circular wall. Luxurious "state of the art" bathrooms. The gardens are landscaped and well cared for with three ornamental ponds below the house and lawns.
