The cottage has been tastefully restored in 3 acres of meadows (site of special scientific interest) and ancient woodland, with a circular walk offering fabulous views of the Black Mountains and over to the Brecon Beacons. This links to adjoining Woodland Trust Land and an extensive public footpath network. An idyllic but accessible location for getting away from it all, or as a base for exploring the Town of Books, Kilvert Country and beyond. There are several good restaurant/ pubs in the vicinity. The nearby River cafe at Glasbury has a good reputation, as does The Radnor Arms.
