This chapel is something a little bit different. It's charming and contemporary, furnished and decorated with great flair and the private courtyard is perfect for sitting back and taking in the views. One of the most striking things when you enter this house is the quality of the decor. It has fabulous wall papers and vintage furniture and fittings set off with original paintings by the owner's grandmother, a very accomplished painter from the 1950/60s.
Set in the centre of the pretty village of Llanfrynach, there are walks straight up to the peaks of the Beacons. The Taff Trail - a favourite for walkers and cyclists - passes the front door, as does the bus if you decide to leave the car at home. The Three Horseshoes pub in nearby Groesffordd with mountain views and The Royal Oak Pencelli along the canal, both are a mile and a half away.
The bright and eclectic kitchen is equipped, with an electric cooker with a gas hob, an American style fridge/ freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer and kitchen table and chairs and views over the little courtyard.
The stylish sitting room has two sofas (one is a sofa bed) and chairs, a wood burning stove with wood supplied; TV with basic SKY package and a DVD player and an amazing collection of DVDs (reflecting the owner's involvement in the film industry).
There is a downstairs cloakroom with a basin and toilet(and divine flamingo wallpaper!)
