We had a wonderful stay at the barn where the views are out of this world. There are great walks from the door and Brecon and Hay are but a short drive away. There was lots of room for us to spread out and the dog loved it too. We made good use of the wood burner as it was a chilly -6 during our stay! Claire was helpful and dealt with any queries qRead moreuickly and was kind enough to provide 2 highchairs and 2 travel cots for us. Highly recommended Hide

Beautiful cottage, very secluded and quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Some excellent walks from the cottage and further afield. Some handy eating places in the nearby village. A good base for exploring the Brecon Beacons. We enjoyed visiting Brecon, Hay-on-Wye and Abergavenny as well as completing the 4 waterfall trail.

One of the best cottages we have stayed in. Despite being semi-detached the property it is in a quiet and peaceful location. Great location for walking and lovely views. The kitchen, open dining and living room space perfect for our family get together. Claire was so helpful before and during stay. And the property was immaculately clean.

We had a wonderful time at Ty Prosser. Claire was fabulous, even in advance of our arrival (help with local taxis and babysitters). The house is spotlessly clean, very well equipped and really comfortable. It is in the most beautiful location too.

What a fabulous holiday cottage! Claire, Andrew and family were very welcoming, warm and friendly, and provided information throughout the stay. The cottage is very well located, near enough to Talgarth for restaurants and groceries but secluded enough beneath the Black Mountains with stunning views and scenery! I would highly recommend a stay hereRead more if you are looking for a large, well equipped and quiet cottage getaway. Hide

The barn is beautiful and big enough for the eight adults that shared it. The Kitchen was well equipped and appliances easy to use, cooked comfortably. The views are breathtaking and wonderful to sit outside and star gaze, a nice touch with star gazer book. Very interesting book about the transformation of the barn, and lots of maps and informationRead more on walks. The owner lives in the attached cottage and though she was away kept in touch by email. Had a very fantastic week, very tranquil, lovely. Hide

Loved the cottage and surroundings! Fire pit was a nice touch with logs to burn. A lot of walks not to far away including the four waterfall walk which was approximately 1hr drive away. A must do! (Swimming in the waterfalls). Amazing hosts, made us feel very welcome.
