Cocoon at Larchwood is a eco geo-dome cabin tucked away privately in the woodland nestled and sheltered by the many different trees; field maple, chestnut trees, walnut trees and rowan trees laden with berries when we visited. To reach the cottage you walk down a winding woodland path and first impressions takes your breath away - with the curved geodesic design of the roof and the curved decking and glass front looking down through the dappled light in the woods towards the River Wye.

A wonderful place for wildlife with resident foxes and badgers in the woods and otters on The River Wye. Plenty of walks from the Cocoon through the woods and the fields where there is masses of natural fauna -the farm has been organically managed for many years.

There is private access to the river below for guests at the Cocoon. There is game and coarse fishing available to book and canoes to hire for a day peacefully paddling along the River.
