The Barn at Treberfydd is a wonderful holiday home for families and groups. It's warm, spacious and beautifully well-equipped with stunning views over Mynydd Llangorse and the Black Mountains. This holiday cottage is in the grounds of the Treberfydd Estate which has glorious woodlands and gardens (part of the National Garden Scheme). There's wonderful walking and cycling from the door, and visitors will love having Llangorse Lake just a few minutes' walk away.

Spacious open plan living area with:
A beautifully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American-style large fridge and freezer.
Dining area with long dining table and chairs.
Sitting room area with sofas and chairs and a wood-burning stove. TV with Freeview.
Just outside the main door is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a room with table football for children to play on.
Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has a king-size bed and a spacious en-suite shower room with a shower and a hand basin and a toilet.
Upstairs to three further bedrooms:
Bedroom 2 with a superking-size bed with an en-suite shower room with hand basin and toilet.
Bedroom 3 with a king-size bed
Bedroom 4 is a pretty bedroom with either twin beds or they will join together to make a superking-size bed.
These bedrooms share a "Jack and Jill" Bathroom.
The barn looks out onto the original old farmyard (no longer in use). There are lovely views across the water meadows, down to Llangorse Lake and over to Mynydd Llangorse and the Black Mountains.
Outside, there is a large enclosed courtyard - originally the farmyard and a grassy area with table and chairs to admire the views.

A friendly cathedral town in the lee of the mountains with the rivers Usk and Honddu running through. For a small town, there's a lot going on. A leisure centre with a pool, 1930s style cinema, excellent theatre and plenty of shops and cafes. On the outskirts of the town are popular villages including Llangorse with it famous lake, Cantref with its popular adventure farm, Talybont, well known as a walking and cycling hub and Felin Fach, home of The Griffin, a highly acclaimed pub and restaurant.
