This is a holiday cottage full of character; a charming converted saddlery set on a cobbled courtyard on Treberfydd Estate. The Saddlery has been skillfully and beautifully renovated with wonderful large windows overlooking the gardens and water meadows down to Llangorse Lake.
There is a sheltered and private area of the garden with table and chairs and a BBQ for visitors to use and ample private parking. The holiday home has stunning views of Mynydd Llangorse and the Black Mountains, and is within very easy reach of Brecon (7 miles) and the Brecon Beacons.

An attractive and well-eqipped kitchen, with an electric hob and double oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer and washer/dryer.
The living room is warm and cosy with a wood burning stove, sofa and chairs, dining table and chairs and the most lovely views from the large windows over the Treberfydd Estate parkland with lovely gardens and some really ancient oak trees, meadows with sheep or cattle grazing down to Llangorse Lake.

A friendly cathedral town in the lee of the mountains with the rivers Usk and Honddu running through. For a small town, there's a lot going on. A leisure centre with a pool, 1930s style cinema, excellent theatre and plenty of shops and cafes. On the outskirts of the town are popular villages including Llangorse with it famous lake, Cantref with its popular adventure farm, Talybont, well known as a walking and cycling hub and Felin Fach, home of The Griffin, a highly acclaimed pub and restaurant.
