Quintessential and charming, the village of Llangynidr is the ideal destination for those with a love of the outdoors and good food, not to mention a keen interest in local history. Fire up the BBQ on the patio, or wander into the village for supper at one of two local pubs.

Don your walking attire and discover the iconic scenery of the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, a spectacular waterway interspersed with pretty lochs and resident wildlife. The River Usk is popular for catching salmon and brown trout and keen golfers will be able to play a round of golf at one of three courses within 12 miles.
