This fabulous and luxurious spacious family house is set on the edge of a working farm situated just outside Builth Wells, the Spa Town fashionable in the early 1900's. The house is in an idyllic private location, tranquil and peaceful - the perfect place for a get-away holiday with a group of friends and family.

There are several local pubs serving food - the closest would be in Builth Wells but well worth a visit are The Trout Inn in Beulah or The Prince Llewellyn Inn in Cilmery. For a special meal or a nice bit of pampering try The Lake Hotel in Llangammach (be sure to book).

Fairbanks can also offer the service of a Private Chef, options can be discussed with the owners.

In the local area guest can enjoy The Abergwesyn Valley and The Elan Valley with the wonderful scenic drives around the great reservoirs and lakes, as well as The Cambrian Hills and The Crychan Forest where there are picnic sites and mountain bike trails.

This is the perfect place to stay for any events held at The Royal Welsh Showground.

Unforgettable views, valleys, lakes and endless space. The Epynt mountain range, the Abergwesyn Valley, and the Cambrian Mountains - remote, wild and sparsely populated. Combine this landscape with the old spa towns of Builth Wells, Llandrindod Wells and Llanwyrtd Wells and you've got an undiscovered gem of an area. Famous for ambitious conservation projects, extraordinary events - Man vs Horse and Underwater Bog Snorkling and the excellent mountain biking in the area, but there's plenty more to discover in this area North of Brecon.
