The sitting room has 3 comfy sofas and has a Smart TV with Freeview. (Customers can bring their own firestick to access Netflix, Sky channels etc.). Huge triple sliding door with sheep in the fields outside and views up the valley and red kite circling leading to patio area which runs around the bungalow.
Huge and amazing decked area around the hot tub, with patio table and chairs. This is securely fenced.
A Utility Room with a washing machine, ample storage room for boots, coats, cycle kit or possibly a wet dog etc.
A second utility room with toilet is accessible from outside only. This is perfect for drying wet kit and a comfort break after exploring the area on foot or bike.

A friendly cathedral town in the lee of the mountains with the rivers Usk and Honddu running through. For a small town, there's a lot going on.
