Luxurious and elegant holiday cottage for 2 between Raglan and Abergavenny.  Cwtch (meaning Cosy/Cuddle) is a wing of Pitacre House is with a private entrance and garden.  It's spacious, beautifully equipped and close to fabulous gastropubs.

Sleeps 2 - Kingsize bed

Everything is new and of very good quality with a new kitchen with marble work surface, an electric cooker and ceramic hob, fridge with a freezer, microwave, coffee maker.

Dining table and chairs and a long cream leather sofa and chair - both reclining and with phone charging points. Large TV with Sky, DVD and WIFI.

There are glass entrance doors with views over the owner's extensive lawns.

Upstairs to a contemporary bathroom with a handheld shower over the bath - not enough headroom for a proper shower. Hand basin and toilet.

The bedroom is spacious, with a sumptuous super king-sized bed and views across the owners lawns.

The cottage has a private, enclosed garden, with garden furniture and a BBQ. The access is at the side of the house through glass doors.

This is a very private property accessed through great electric wrought iron gates -with safe and private parking.

I would suggest this would be an excellent place to spend a weekend away for anyone living in the Bristol or M5 corridor -quick and close. Only a few minutes' drive to The Hardwicke gastro pub and restaurant or into Raglan where there is The Beaufort Arms and there are several other good places locally. In the village of Llanarth there is an ancient church probably dating originally from the 11th century but restored in the 1800's.

The cottage is a great place to explore The Brecon Beacons National park, The Black Mountains, River Usk and Wye Valley and Welsh Valleys with all the heritage sites. Raglan Castle is only five minutes' drive up the lanes.

Spectacular mountain scenery, a bustling market town and foods galore – Abergavenny has all the ingredients for a great holiday. Abergavenny is famed for its annual Food Festival, but you can enjoy fantastic food here all year round. For a special occasion, try The Hardwick, The Angel, The Skirrid or The Walnut Tree. Abergavenny is a great base for fantastic walking, mountain biking and road biking in the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons. It's easy to reach (just half an hour from the Severn Bridge) and great for a car-less holiday, with a railway station and a good bus service.
