The property is very simply styled ,giving it the perfect feeling of being able to relax in comfort and retains lots of the original features, especially the lovely old black and red quarry tiles and the arched chapel style windows. With walks from the door down the lane and along the canal -it is easy to reach the village and its many facilities.

Talybont On Usk, the village that has something for everyone. For the more energetic the area offers cycling, mountain biking,(bikes available for hire in the village) walking, canoeing or for those looking for a more relaxed holiday the village pubs, caf? and restaurant offer a great place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. Go for a canal ride on Bens Boat or a leisurely walk along the canal towpath.
The area has loads to offer ?mountains, hills, rivers, canal, waterfalls, reservoir, woods, wildlife, and the locals are very friendly too!

A friendly cathedral town in the lee of the mountains with the rivers Usk and Honddu running through. For a small town, there's a lot going on. A leisure centre with a pool, 1930s style cinema, excellent theatre and plenty of shops and cafes. On the outskirts of the town are popular villages including Llangorse with it famous lake, Cantref with its popular adventure farm, Talybont, well known as a walking and cycling hub and Felin Fach, home of The Griffin, a highly acclaimed pub and restaurant.
