Set in the heart of 35 acres of Brecon Beacons parkland, this stylish barn conversion is the ideal if you like to get away from it all and surround yourself with beautiful scenery. Set in a complex of properties, this holiday let sleeps eight people across four bedrooms and welcomes one canine companion – a great choice for nature-loving families or groups of friends. Enjoy an abundance of amazing hikes right from your doorstep, or unwind as you sit in your garden and spend the afternoon spotting deer and birds of prey. Step inside and you’ll find a handy utility/boot room – the perfect place to kick off those muddy boots after a rewarding hike. Continue down the hall and you’ll be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, where you’ll find all the equipment you need to cook up delicious dinners from all the local produce you won’t be able to resist in the area’s farm shops. Dine together in the open-plan living room/diner, or step outside and dine alfresco on the garden’s paved seating area. After dinner, relax by the flickering wood burner as you watch your favourite film in the living area. When the day is done, head up the open staircase to the mezzanine level that looks over the living area, where you’ll find four lovely bedrooms to choose from. Lovely spacious barn. Sleeping arrangements were well thought out. Was enough room for nearby family to visit and have meals together. Beautiful scenery!

We enjoyed our stay as 2 families which included 5 children between 1 and 8 years old. The master bedroom had plenty of room for a travel cot and the cottage had a high chair for us to use. The garden is fully enclosed and overlooks a gorgeous view of the Brecon Beacons, it is ever so peaceful. We found it a great base for exploring the surroundingRead more areas, including the National show caves, local castles and Beacons themselves. Hide

We all had a fabulous weekend staying in the cottage, there were 8 adults and a baby with us with plenty of room for us to have our own space, cottage was absolutely beautiful. As well as being spacious it was so cosy. Everything needed was there.

Great place for a large group and had put a tree up for Christmas. Some facilities starting to look a bit worn but usable. Plenty of space, and a nice fire, comfortable sofas and lovely large table for big groups to eat at. Watch the track leading to the property as it could be difficult to drive on in bad weather, quite steep and uneven. Signs forRead more the barn are easy to miss especially in the dark. Hide

The whole family enjoyed this stay. The accommodation is spacious and well designed and adults, children and dogs were all happy. We particularly liked the outside space as it was completely enclosed and safe for children and pets. The bbq was also appreciated. The walks directly from the back gate were a huge bonus and very beautiful.

We enjoyed the week in Teilo Barn. It was comfortable and very spacious. The dog loved the garden! There was a lot to do round and about and a day at the seaside is easily do-able. The Brecon Beacons National Park is fantastic. However, there weren't great dog walks straight from the barn, you need to drive out really. Llandeilo was lacking in eatiRead moreng places. We liked the new cafe Diod and 139. You need to drive out for evening meals. But it had nice boutique shops. Watch out for opening times! Hide

A lovely, homely cottage with a big kitchen, a well equipped utilities room and ample sleeping room. The garden is the perfect space to relax and have a BBQ. Highly recommended.
