Lovely location and comfy cottage. Garden was good for our slightly bonkers boxer dog. Would book again.

Brook cottage was a delight. Very private and quiet location. Easy to get to Hay-on-Wye which is a lovely town. Garden was amazing, bird life plentiful. Lovely to hear the sound of the brook in the background. House was very clean and comfortable, supplied with everything we needed. Looking forward to arranging another stay in 2023.

Lovely historic cottage by a babbling brook in the peaceful village of Clyro. Great walks in every direction, Hay on Wye a short distance away for food and shopping, including many book shops.

Lovely, comfortable cottage. Cottage is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Slept very well in comfy beds. Sound of the babbling brook was an added bonus. Thank you

This is a lovely cottage that has been beautifully and recently renovated, with spotless kitchen equipment. We loved the location so close to Hay but with parking and quiet location. The garden is a wildlife haven. The owners were so friendly and helpful when we made a mistake about the booking too. This cottage is not suitable for those with mobilRead moreity difficulties due to very steep stairs and sloping garden. There is a stairgate and garden fencing and gates to keep kids safe from the brook. Hide
