This very comfortable and well kept property has panoramic views of Hay Bluff and The Black Mountain range. It is situated between the ancient town of Brecon and the picturesque "Town of Books", Hay-on-Wye. Pony trekking, fishing, canoeing, golf and climbing and abseiling and a local activity provider are all located nearby and can be arranged with the owner who also lives in a larger property about 100 yards away. Both the villages of Bronllys and Talgarth are approximately 1.5 miles with shops and pubs. Hay-on-Wye 5 miles, Brecon 10 miles.

To the south of Hay on Wye, are the majestic Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. North and East, are the rolling hills and pretty farmland of Herefordshire. There's plenty to explore in this area.
