This is a great place to stay, just to be able to sit in this attractive bungalow or out on the sunny patio and just admire the glorious panoramic views across the water meadows to the hills beyond. Ideal for exploring the whole of the Brecon Beacons National Park, The Black Mountains, Hay-on-Wye and The Wye Valley.
Beacons Edge is warm and comfortable with a very attractive and spacious kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dining table and chairs.
The sitting room has a large comfortable sofa and chairs, TV and DVD and with the loveliest of views over the water meadows below to Hay Bluff, The Black Mountains & Brecon Beacons. A very relaxing bungalow to stay in within easy reach of Brecon and Hay-on-Wye.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed - lovely linen and warm colours and TV mounted on the wall, with an en suite bathroom with bath, handbasin and toilet.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has twin beds and an en suite shower room with shower, handbasin and toilet.
This very comfortable and well kept property has panoramic views of Hay Bluff and The Black Mountain range. It is situated between the ancient town of Brecon and the picturesque "Town of Books", Hay-on-Wye. Pony trekking, fishing, canoeing, golf and climbing and abseiling and a local activity provider are all located nearby and can be arranged with the owner who also lives in a larger property about 100 yards away.
The village of Three Cocks is approximately half a mile with the nearest shop and two pubs with restaurants and an excellent Garden Centre with large restaurant/cafe. Both the villages of Bronllys and Talgarth are approximately 1.5 miles with shops and pubs. Hay-on-Wye 5 miles, Brecon 10 miles.

Hay on Wye is known as being the ‘town of books’. It's a charming town on the border of Powys and Hereford, Wales and England. To the south of Hay on Wye, are the majestic Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons. North and East, are the rolling hills and pretty farmland of Herefordshire. There's plenty to explore in this area.
