Ann's Barn is a lovely rural Welsh stone barn conversion on a lovely hill sheep farm. It is tastefully restored combining comfort and original features and designed to accommodate 2 people.  From the property are the most wonderful views across the surrounding countryside and overlooking a newly created lake already home to various wild water fowl.  Superbly situated for keen walkers with footpaths leading to all the main peaks of the Brecon Beacons with miles of uninterrupted walking. It's remote, yet only a 5 minute drive away is the A40.  This is the ideal place to stay for an action packed holiday, sightseeing or just for peace and relaxation.  It is a comfortable, warm and spacious retreat with privacy and every home comfort to ensure your holiday will be a memorable one.  There are many good eating places in the outlying villages.

The light and spacious sitting room has a feature wall with a picture window and far reaching views.  A comfortable sofa and armchairs and a flame effect electric fire.  Co-ordinating fabrics and furnishings.  A large Afghan rug and oak flooring.  SKY TV, DVD, CD, Hi-fi and radio.

The dining area has an antique pine dresser, table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: A spacious bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, a fitted wardrobe and antique pine furniture.  Percale cotton sheets, quality duvet covers and Egyptian cotton towels.  Pure welsh wool blankets for winter and sheep skin floor rugs.   A wall mounted slimline SKY TV and lovely views from the windows.

The shower room: Has a rectangular anti-slip double shower cubicle with a power shower over, a wash station with a ceramic top over a base unit, a close coupled pan with push flush system.  Radiator, shaver socket and extractor fan.

Outside the back door is a sheltered, private, stone slabbed patio area with pretty flowers, shrubs and garden seating making it the perfect setting for summer barbeques with fabulous views across the wildflower meadow and overlooking the wildlife pond.  There is also a garden shed, re-cycling bins, gas bbq and an extendable clothes airer.
