Between October and April it is strongly recommended that access should be with a 4WD or a large heavy car as the track can get very muddy during the winter.  We also suggest that visitors always have a pair of wellies to hand when they arrive for the person who has to get out to open the gates on the track!

The property has been so well furnished and beautifully decorated that a "returnable bond" of £250 against unfair wear and tear is required on payment of the balance.

This would be the ideal spot for complete peace and quiet and for "getting away from it all" and a perfect family house for a special occasion or family reunion.   The vale of Ewas is a wonderful location for walkers, with Offa's Dyke footpath only a mile or so away and many other footpaths including one across Hatterell Hill to the Llanthony Valley, where you can visit the famous ruins of  Llanthony Priory. Various riding centres offer pony trekking and as well as other outdoor activities.  The local area has a wealth of interesting places to visit, excellent gastro-pubs and michelin starred restaurants., with the annual Abergavenny Food Festival in September as well as local food shops and the excellent Farmer's Market.
