A house that probably dates from the 1960's with great views over the roof tops of Abergavenny, Sugar Loaf Mountain and The Blorenge Mountain. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay, close to the centre of Abergavenny in a quiet residential area. The house is within very easy reach of both train station, bus station the local shops and supermarkets.

Sleeps 4 - 3 bedrooms 2 shower /bathrooms  

  

A very spacious kitchen/dining room with a Range Master electric oven and 5 ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, under counter fridge. Coffee maker ? Nespresso etc. 

 

Dining area with dining table and chairs to be able to admire the views ? glass doors open out to the terrace. A wood burning stove divides the dining room and the sitting room where there are sofas and chairs and again glass doors out to the terrace. 

 

Very large Utility Room with a fridge and a freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer. 

Ample safe lock up storage for mountain bikes etc. 

 

A downstairs shower room with a shower, wash hand basin and loo. 

 

Upstairs to three bedrooms: 

 

Bedroom 1: A king size bed and fabulous views

 

Bedroom 2: A single bed

 

Bedroom 3: A single bed with a pull out bed for guests.

 

Family Bathroom: With a bath, hand basin and toilet.

Abergavenny is extremely popular with all types of cycling ?off road? and road cyclists.  Known as the Gateway to Wales it is a perfect centre for exploring most of South and Mid Wales ? easy access to Welsh Valleys and Coast. Herefordshire and The Welsh Border Country.  Brecon Beacons National Park and The Black Mountains, The Wye Valley. Abergavenny is less than an hour from The Severn Bridge and Bristol.
