A house that probably dates from the 1960's with great views over the roof tops of Abergavenny, Sugar Loaf Mountain and The Blorenge Mountain. A very comfortable and convenient place to stay, close to the centre of Abergavenny in a quiet residential area. The house is within very easy reach of both train station, bus station the local shops and supermarkets.
Sleeps 4 - 3 bedrooms 2 shower /bathrooms
A very spacious kitchen/dining room with a Range Master electric oven and 5 ring gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, under counter fridge. Coffee maker ? Nespresso etc.
Dining area with dining table and chairs to be able to admire the views ? glass doors open out to the terrace. A wood burning stove divides the dining room and the sitting room where there are sofas and chairs and again glass doors out to the terrace.
Very large Utility Room with a fridge and a freezer, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
Ample safe lock up storage for mountain bikes etc.
A downstairs shower room with a shower, wash hand basin and loo.

Brecon Beacons National Park and The Black Mountains, The Wye Valley. Abergavenny is less than an hour from The Severn Bridge and Bristol.
