A beautiful gorgeous house. The garden and views across Hay on Wye are fantastic, and just a short walk to the town. We had an amazing week in this huge house, there was 11 of us and 2 dogs for my mums 70th, we had 3 children and everyone loved it! Plenty of room for everyone and lovely grounds for the kids to play in. House had everything you could have needed. There were loads of walks and a lovely village a short walk away. We loved the house from the minute we all walked in, great location, everything you'd need for a holiday. Located just above Haye you have amazing views and plenty of garden, there's also a secure patio for the dogs. The house has everything you could need or want, is spotless and it's very spacious. We visited Boatside in September with family, we turned into the drive & rumbled over the cattle grid & under a weeping willow & then the house was on the left & views of the mountains on the right & both had the wow factor. We arrived in glorious sunshine which added to the wow factor for this property. 11 of us from ages 7 - 72 years plus two dogs had the most wonderful time here. A fabulous property, well equipped and very clean. Great contact from the owners allowing us to arrive early and make the most of our 3 days. We stayed at the property with our family for a wedding anniversary. The house is stunningly beautiful and location wonderful - we had a fantastic time. The house was clean and tidy, had some lovely games & books and the kitchen and dining area are just superb for family cooking and eating.
