The house was lovely; tidy, clean and well presented. We did not need to use all of the facilities (spa, BBQ) but what we did use all worked as it should. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Really lovely spacious house for a large group! We had a great weekend (9 adults, 2 toddlers, 2 dogs) and were really comfortable in the house. The garden area was bigger than it looked in the pictures so that was great. The house had everything we needed and is walking distance to shops/canal/town so it felt really convenient.
