The cottage is stunning, has gorgeous views over the valley. The outside facilities are lovely, and if youre a cyclist or horse rider, then the separate shower in the little annexe would be so useful. The owner was very approachable, and also left us in peace. Ideally placed to explore both Builth Wells and Hay on Wye.

A very nice self-contained extension to the owner's property, on their working farm. It is very quiet, despite being on a working farm. There are various dogs, cats, chickens and pea hens wandering around outside the accommodation. Access is via a single-track road of about 1.5 miles but there are passing places and it is a very quiet road, withoutRead more a lot of traffic.
