Lovely cottage in a beautiful rural setting. A storm at the start of our stay meant we had to stay inside for the first couple of days but we were really cosy and comfortable, and enjoyed the views through the windows. We liked that the cottage is very private and was very clean on arrival. Excellent recycling facilities. Really enjoyed our visit tRead moreo Skirrid Inn pub. Gorgeous cottage in a beautiful setting! Made very welcome with a pint of milk and a cake on arrival along with tea & coffee sachets. Easy access to local attractions and walking routes. We had a lovely week exploring the area - a great many castles to visit, the Brecon Beacons are amazing and friendly people in lovely flower filled towns.

The cottage is in a beautiful and tranquil setting. It was perfect for us, a family with a toddler, free to roam around the massive garden. The cottage is close to great hiking spots and to the town of Abergavenny where you can go for shopping/eating. Also the cottage is well equipped, and our stay was just fabulous, we will surely be back!
