This is a delightful property in idyllic surroundings. The Farmhouse is well equipped and comfortable. Plenty of towels and good quality bed linen. There were four of us for a couple of days, so the two en-suite bathrooms made a great difference to our comfort. I would most definitely recommend this property for a peaceful and scenic stay. Home madRead moree Apple Juice, milk etc very useful on arrival - especially as the home delivery failed to show. Hide

Had a great stay in Talybont in the farmhouse. Its a great base for exploring the Beacons, with some very nice walks from the door. It had everything we needed, was clean and is actually a bit more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Lovely private garden too. The track to the house is a little rough, but fine for any standard car if you take iRead moret slowly. It was a pleasant 20 min stroll to the town to the 2 pubs and small restaurant (Travellers Rest Inn) where we had a very nice meal. Hide

Lovely quiet place to stay, and within easy reach of all of the places we wanted to visit. Beware of the track - it is long and a bit rough - take it slowly. Nice not to have to bring washing/cleaning items. Coffee/tea/milk/biscuits & apple juice awaiting our arrival - many thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Spacious, clean, well equipped. We particularly loved the amazing scenery, the log fire and how peaceful it was. The property has a private garden so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the views on sunny days. The owners were friendly and left us to it, but were on hand if we needed anything. There arRead moree a couple of pubs about a mile away. Brecon is not too far (by car) where there are a good variety of pubs & restaurants. We will definitely be back! Hide
