Weekend away hiking with mates, and this retreat was ideal. Quite rural, but beautiful scenery and easy enough to get anywhere with Crickhowell just down the road.

The location of the barn is absolutely stunning. Late summer sunsets and clear night skies made it extra special. Great views across Brecon Beacons and perfect place to explore from. Basic but adequately furnished with plenty of space for 6 people to socialise in the living room and outdoor space.

Lovely cottage. Clean and well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, lots of crockery etc.) and good as a base from which to explore the Brecons. 40 to 60 mins away from most of what we wanted to do as an active family in the Brecon Beacons.

Amazing views from this lovely barn in a gloriously quiet, rural location. We had a very comfortable stay and a fabulous week - so close to all the best that the Brecon Beacons have to offer. Ours was a last minute staycation, when a planned overseas trip fell through. - and we couldnt have had a better week. The owners were friendly and available Read moreto sort any issues if needed. Post-COVID, some information about the local area would be welcome. A small point - you can do it yourself on the WiFi! Hide

Its certainly off the beaten track but such pretty views - they more than compensate! House is beautifully redeveloped & well equipped. We would definitely use again.
