We have stayed in many properties over the years but this was by far the best in terms of cleanliness and quality of bedding, towels etc. It was extremely comfortable, private and much more pleasant than the photos of the outside might suggest! The gardens are beautiful. Marjorie is a delight; so kind and helpful and on hand if needed.

Having stayed at Stable Cottage before, albeit 11 years ago, we were delighted to see that it was still the homely, comfortable place we'd remembered. Everything that a couple could require, comfortable bed and furnishings in large, clean rooms. The location is perfect for us, just a 10-minute drive from Brecon and its amenities, yet secluded.
