Family dinners are a real treat and, with plenty of room, you can sit for hours in the kitchen/diner which has a simple country style. The kitchen area is spacious with room for more than one pair of hands to prepare meals. In the summer months, tuck into BBQs and make the most of your large, enclosed garden with a decked area, table tennis table and riverside terrace. Lovely stay at Wern Farm Barn. The barn was very comfortable with lots of character. In a perfect location to feel you ve escaped and to explore the beautiful area. The owners were friendly and accommodating. We especially loved the horses Harry being the favourite.

A home from home in a wonderful location. We had everything we needed in this cosy, comfortable, clean and well-equipped house. The owners were on hand for any queries and information about the area but we were left totally to ourselves and had a perfect and relaxing break. Thank you.

What a beautiful home for the weekend. Our hosts were so accommodating and yet gave us plenty of privacy. The conversion is gorgeous and the surrounding landscape is stunning.

Stunning location - beautiful walks on your doorstep (no need to drive), and is ideally situated within a 15 minute drive to all the adventure activities such as canoeing, pony trekking, climbing, etc! We enjoyed our stay at Wren Farm Barn, it was a superb base to explore the Brecon Beacons. The accommodation was fantastic everything there you would need and more. The owners and their dogs were friendly and always around if needed.

Had a great time at the barn. The barn is really spacious and well equipped. Walks straight from the doorsteps. The boys loved it by the stream and going upto the horses and sheep in the fields. The owners really welcoming and on hand for any questions my boys had..

Lovely comfortable barn in a stunning area. Youngest made great use of the games room, great pub within walking distance, just a shame the weather wasn't on our side to use the Tikki Bar. Lovely stay, thank you.

Amazing time spent at Wern Farm Barn for Christmas. Hosts so friendly and helpful without being over bearing. Our pooch Milo loved the stream and especially loved Pedro the working collie! We will definitely be returning Thank you Liz, Chris and the Team From Jo, Scott and boys x

We were a party of five, three adults and two boys aged 5 and 11. The boys absolutely loved it, spending much of their time in the stream beside the property playing with the three farm dogs, apart from the last couple of days when it was a raging torrent. The cottage was ideal for a long-awaited break away and we really appreciated the rural location. The barn conversion has been done very well and we found it spacious and comfortable. Excellent cottage that caters for children of all ages. The farm has friendly dogs who love to play in the nearby stream. The games room is fantastic for older children and the garden is a good size for younger children.

The barn was lovely - beautifully renovated - loved all the wood and the stone walls. Helpful, charming owners. Lovely location - loved the river and being on a farm. Very near the towns of Crickhowell and Abergavenney. Townsfolk friendly too.

Beautiful place to stay. We did not want to come home. Owners were wonderful and on hand if needed and showed us around their farm. Loved the tiki bar and we used to watch films in the evenings in the games rooms. Hector our dog was welcomed and got on with the owners friendly dogs.
