Just lovely, totally relaxing! Cows and sheep right outside, cant hear a pin drop at night. Have stayed in a shepherds hut before with just a log burner - freeze or boil! The underfloor heating made this such a nicer and more comfortable experience. The warmest welcome from Sheila. Would go again.

This is a really lovely little shepherd's hut. We were very cosy (and it was very cold out). Everything is cleverly laid out to make the most of the space and the crockery, bedding etc are good quality. This is a very peaceful and historic part of the country and there are great pubs. So it was the perfect long weekend!
