We’re cheering Brecon boy Rob Davies at the Paralympics Games
The team at Brecon Beacons Holiday Cottages (BBHC) were sad to see the end of the Olympics, but are now gearing up for what will no doubt be an equally brilliant Paralympic Games. Most exciting of all is the fact that local lad Rob Davies will be taking part in his very first Games, and we'll be cheering him on all the way! Rob who was selected for Great Britain's wheelchair Table Tennis team has been practicing harder than ever to prepare. He was aiming for to join the GB team in 2016 but after winning gold in the British Open and two silvers in the European Championships he was asked to compete this year in London. Everyone in Brecon will be cheering Rob on as he competes in the first round on Friday. Go Rob!
Here at BBHC we've always tried hard to make our cottages available to absolutely everyone, so this week we thought we would share some of our top wheelchair-friendly accommodations...http://www.breconcottages.com/cottage-details/BRAMB
