Meet the Team

My interests are seriously curtailed with the business nowadays and my garden which I love has suffered. I guess my grandchildren are an interest but in the past it would have been folk music and Bob Dylan, I travelled in a gypsy caravan and loved horses and riding.
Favourite cottage: Nuthatch Cottage - a romantic little cottage in the glorious Abergwesyn Valley yet only a few minutes’ drive into Beulah. When we visited Nuthatch, the gardens were just coming into full bloom and were worthy of a Gold Award at Chelsea Flower Show. It is a horticulturist and garden lovers' delight with so many different species of flowers and vegetables – all inter mingled with wisteria, clematis and rose arched walk ways and raised vegetable beds. A truly inspirational place. If I was allowed a second one.. I'd have Old Crofftau - you just cannot beat the location and the views, and I love the Juke Box.

My interests are mainly having a good time with friends and family, the outdoors, watching lots of sport particularly horse racing.
Favourite cottage: I love the quirky cottages, but I really love Rhianydd's Barn and Rhianydd's Stable as it's great for a family get together and near to the stunning Carreg Cennen Castle.

I enjoy spending time with my family and making the most of the lovely countryside that surrounds my house by going for long strolls. I also enjoy baking yummy cakes (and eating them) and also keeping up to date with the latest beauty products.
Favourite cottage: Gardener's Granary, it’s a quaint little barn conversion, with beautiful and modern décor and perfectly situated for exploring the book town of Hay-on-Wye.

Ceri
I enjoy spending time watching my nephews and niece playing rugby and watching Welsh rugby, along with a little retail therapy and baking cakes.
Favourite cottage: Pontganol Cottage – which I would happily move into at any time! The traditional cottage has been modernised with lovely furnishings and convenient for walking the canal and shopping and food in Crickhowell

I am interested in walking, castles and stargazing, so I have the perfect job and live in the right place! There is fantastic walking with stunning panoramic views, castles or early settlements on nearly every hill and the some of the darkest skies in the UK. Literally heaven!
Favourite cottage: Asleep in Hay, a stylish pad hidden behind the wonderful books in Hay on Wye.

When I'm not busy with my two children and all their after school activities, I enjoy spending time catching up with my friends and family. I enjoy cooking and going out for meals. I also love music especially seeing different artists live.
Favourite cottage: Buttercup Barn as it is really homely and I can imagine staying there to enjoy time in the countryside with family or friends

Lucy
I really enjoy photographing everyone and everything, which is handy as that is my job. Going to festivals and travelling are also up there in my favourite things to do as I love a cultural experience.
Favourite cottage: Pip's Barn, it is fresh and traditional all in one and is great for a couple's stay in the countryside. It is close enough to the beautiful town of Crickhowell to be able to pick up groceries and enjoy a light lunch or an evening dinner whilst retaining the country charm.

When time permits intend to pick up a canoe again to paddle around the local waterways. A springer spaniel mean daily walks are compulsory, whatever the weather. Eating is also high on the list of “interests”!
Favourite cottage: Baddegai. I could live there. I also love the nearby Coachmans Under the Hill - perfect for walkers on the edge of the National Trust land.

Jessica
I like a bit of retail therapy, spending time with family and friends, and love going abroad and relaxing in the sunshine.
Favourite Cottage: Hilton House as it is such a picture postcard cottage.

I love the mountains and outdoors - and small children permitting- road biking, running and walking. I just love The Shepherds Hut. It's super-sweet, cleverly put together and comfortable with lovely views over the Golden Valley.
