Anns Bungalow

Ann's Bungalow is a three bedroom detached property situated in a rural location at the foothills of the Brecon Beacons, it is well kept and maintained with pride.  It is easily accessible by car from all parts of the U.K. and can be reached within a 5 minute drive after turning off the main A.40 road.   The property has just been completely refurbished and benefits from UPVC double glazing, newly installed energy efficient electric Duo-Heat radiators, fitted carpets throughout and a modern stylish kitchen and bathroom.  It is the perfect base for a restful de-stressing family break far away from the hustle and bustle of city life or for active exploration of the surrounding unspoilt countryside.  Footpaths lead in all directions with easy access to the main peaks of the Brecon Beacons mountain range making this the perfect location for keen walkers, horse riding and for cyclists with no need to use the car.  Birdlife is abundant and a sizeable small lake of about one acre with a central island was created about 5 years ago and now provides a well established habitat for wildlife.  The land slopes gently down to border the river Cynrig which eventually flows further down stream into the river Usk.  The clear unpolluted sky provides wonderful starlit nights ideal for stargazing.
The nearest pub and restaurant is The White Swan in Llanfrynach, but there are numerous good eating places in the outlying villages which are recommended in The Eating Out Guide 2012.
