The cottage is in the centre of the village of Three Cocks with two restaurants/pubs a garage and village shop and an excellent large garden centre that also has a very good restaurant. Pony trekking locally and Hay-on-Wye with its many antiquarian book shops is only 3 miles and close to The River Wye with canoeing and river walks.

The cottage has a large kitchen with a lovely slate flagstone floor, large Butchers Block, a table, stainless steel units, comfy sofa, a dining table and chairs,Gas central heating, large woodburning stove, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, American Style Freezer and a Belfast Sink. Downstairs there is a large covered entrance porch - ideal for being able to sit outside with a cup of tea - even on a showery day.
