Three Cocks Cottage | Hay-on-Wye

This cottage is great for children with a spacious enclosed garden and is very well placed cottage for visiting throughout The Black Mountains and The Brecon Beacons National Park. The cottage is in the centre of the village of Three Cocks with two restaurants/pubs a garage and village shop and an excellent large garden centre that also has a very good restaurant. Pony trekking locally and Hay-on-Wye with its many antiquarian book shops is only 3 miles and close to The River Wye with canoeing and river walks.

Cottage accommodation

Sleeps 4 adults and two children, 3 bedrooms. This cottage is very well placed cottage for visiting The Black Mountains and The Brecon Beacons. It is in the centre of the village of Three Cocks with two restaurants/pubs a garage and village shop and an excellent large garden centre that also has a very good restaurant.

The cottage has a large kitchen with a lovely slate flagstone floor, large Butchers Block, a table, stainless steel units, comfy sofa, a dining table and chairs,Gas central heating, large woodburning stove, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, American Style Freezer and a Belfast Sink. Downstairs there is a large covered entrance porch - ideal for being able to sit outside with a cup of tea - even on a showery day.

Upstairs to the sitting room with the original pine floors, two sofas and chairs, SKY Plus TV(incl Kids package),  DVD. selection of DVD's, Playstation 2 with games, ipod docking station and an open fire in a stone fireplace.
