Remote and unique sixteenth century Game Keepers Cottage called The Round Lodge at Llwynwywormwood close to Llandovery. Being the gamekeepers cottage for the former neighbouring estate and is set in the middle of the woods. This cottage is quite bohemian, "very green and ecologically friendly", it generates it's own electricity, has it's own well for water, but visitors have remarked that they found very little difference to a normal house. This unique and romantic cottage still retains a Victorian gas lighting system but now superceded by self-generated electricity. The interior is furnished with William Morris style fabrics and is comfy and warm. Remote yet still only one and half miles from the market town of Llandovery accessed along a forest track, this is not the place for very low cars.
