This warm, comfortable and contemporary barn conversion is extremely well restored. Originally an ancient 14th century Welsh Longhouse, the cottage has original stone walls, some now lime-washed, impressive oak beams and arrow slit windows, along with large oil paintings adorning the walls and beautiful carpets. All these features are enhanced by the wonderful views from the large barn doors. The property is opposite, but looks away from, the owner's house, and has its own private entrance, garden area, parking and uninterrupted views up the magnificent Llanthony Valley, amidst 50 acres of glorious unspoilt farmland in the Black Mountains. Abergavenny 12 miles. Hay-on-Wye 12 miles.
